The Stitched Together Paper Collection is a mix of floral images that can easily be used for quilting or sewing themed scrapbook layouts. It has pops of bright colours such Candy Apple & Sapphire with the softer colours of Peach & Mint.
My first project is a 12″ x 12″ Scrapbook Layout, based off the a scrapbook layout that Close To My Heart done for a virtual event for Mothers Day.
I used a a mixed of fussy cutting the floral paper of flowers & butterflies with the sticker sheet for more flowers & leaves.
I added some some stamped stitches to the layout & created some watercolour effects with the Strokes of an Artist using Mink Ink. To create my Title I used a sentiment from the Stitched Together Cardmaking to go with the Good Times sticker sheet & added some markers to the white foam alphabet stickers. I replaced the dot in the i with a flower bud sticker.I softened the lighter side of the Lemonade cardstock by adding a layer of vellum, which was also used as part of a cluster under the photo mat.
To get more photos & extra journalling space I added a Flip Flap.

It doesn’t take up much room
If you have a small space this is a great kit for you to start this hobby as it takes up so little room, if you seen the amazing craft rooms stock floor to ceiling & think Oh I don’t have room for this hobby – well we all love to have a craft room like that but we do not all have the room – I certainly don’t have the room, but this takes up very little room.
What we give you
We give you memory protectors so your layouts can stay protected, easy to follow instructions. photo placeholder (in case you haven’t got around to printing those phots yet), complementary die-cuts and stickers so you can customise your layouts to suit your needs. Right now you can enjoy monthlong savings on cardstock in all the colours of the rainbow!Cardstock Carnival – cardstock is a crafting essential that you can never have too much of!
My first idea combines the blue & the green-blue cardstock bundles to create a gradient effect in just cardstock for my sea background for this Birthday Fishes card.
I cut my cardstock to form a banner & and cut waves through it – I done this on my cricut so I knew the pieces would fit back together like a puzzle. I stamped the larger bubbles in White Daisy, these did not show up as much as I wanted on the Mint, so that is why I decided to use the Liquid Glass, but I did not want to do all the bubbles, so only done a couple. Then I added my fussy cut & coloured fish & saying. It was an easy card to come together & I loved how the background was done with coloured cardstock instead of sponging.
My next card I done a couple of different techniques onto the cardstock & cut them in a way to draw attention to the main image.
On the green cardstock I stamped on the lighter side & edged with ink. On the yellow I did stamp onto it, but it was harder to tell. And on the red I embossed the cardstock with the Celebrate Embossing Folder as I noticed it had Fun Times & I wanted that to appear with the Van.
Other than that I coloured my van, though I think next time I use a brighter blue to go with the brighter colour cardstock – but hey you sometimes don’t notice these things till later but I
A Happy Hello and welcome aboard our These Are My People Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop.

These Are My People collection is designed to help you document special moments and memories with all the people who mean the most to you, from your family and besties to everyone else you would consider your people!
My First project I combined one of the scrapbook layouts from the Cricut® Everyday Moments Collection with the These Are My People papers & sticker sheet, I even used some of the stamps.
I thought the flowers in this project looked a lot like the flowers in the sticker & sheet & stamp set, I was originally going to combine it all but changed my mind after I backed the flowers & leaves with the pattern paper from the These Are My People collection and I loved how it all turned out.
I then made a joy fold card as I cut some extra flowers for the layout & well needed to make sure they did not go to waste.
I created the hello using the Flower Market Hello which was part of a speech bubble & joined it to the flap which I joined the back of the card unlike a traditional joy fold which is in the middle. I add the pattern paer to the card & decorated the front panel with one of the zip strips & left over flowers.
The best friend was stamped in black & I over stamped it with Ballerina Ink using the paint swish that is in the Love These People stamp set. I am really happy how this card turned out. And it is just perfect to send out to a best friend during these strange times.
