A Happy Hello and welcome aboard our Comfort and Joy Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop.

So the Comfort and Joy has a great Christmas Feel so I had to create a Christmas Card & I just love the poinsettia paper so I had to use it.
I used the Seasonal Borders for the sentiment & the stamped border on the card. I cut the paper with the large stitched rectangle & added a strip of Black Ore Paper to cover the join & then fussy cut out one of the poinsettia’s to complete the card.
I thought I should challenge myself to make a non Christmas card with the Comfort and Joy papers & I came up with this idea
I used the Window Thin Cuts & fussy cut out some cats from the Cattitude stamp set. Made some curtains from the striped Comfort & Joy paper & used one of the zip strips & the gingham pattern for the background. I thought it made for a sweet birthday card.
I hope you enjoyed what I created with the Comfort and Joy Collection, it was fun to create with.
I would love you to leave a comment before heading off to the next stop, Danielle Edwards – Scrappychicks
Enjoy the hop & thanks so much for taking the time to check out these ideas with this month’s feature.
Til next time, see you soon & keep creating!
Maz
