I love mixing up & combining the Close To My Paper suites with the mix-ins as well as one another. They always seem to work so well with one another as they do by themselves.
Today I am mixing it up not only with the paper suites but the Memory Protectors™ too. Today I am using a 8½” x 11″, 6″ x 6″ as well as a 12″ x 12″ Memory Protector to create a layered, interactive as well as interest to your pages & bonus is that they all fit perfectly inside a 12″ x 12″ My Legacy™ album.
First up is the 8½” x 11″ Scrapbook page I used a mixed of paper packs, embellishments & texture paste.
After this is the 6″ x 6″ Scrapbook Layout I used a mixed of paper packs, embellishments & texture, I made this the decrate feature for the spread, when you turn it over you get the journalling of the spread
And finally the 12″ x 12″ Scrapbook Layout, I used a mixed of paper packs, embellishments & texture paste. The spread ends on this page. When all together it creates a layered look.
Some close up images of the layouts
And how these look inside an album together. I love how these pages are layered & how they can add interest to your pages
I’d love for you to leave a comment before you head on over to Darlys Recker to get more ideas on how you too can Emboss It
I hope you enjoyed what I created, as much as I enjoyed creating it and thanks so much for taking the time to check it out.
See you soon

This is my favorite paper pack in SE2! I need to read my Storytelling by Stacy book and try this technique.

I love this layering idea when I seen it, I think it allows for so much more creativity with how we create our memories or even our artwork within the memories.

Wonderful! I loving this concept! After hearing about it more at conference I really want and need to give it a try.

Thank you, it’s a fun way to document & show your memories. I could easily change it so a full 6×6 photo was in the 6×6 protector instead of art. So many different ways to work with this concept.
